Some of the information contained in this application is controlled by membership in Access Groups. Currently there are two groups that have been created. Capabilities for chat and other features are controlled by membership access in the group. So, after you’ve registered yourself (email address, etc.) don’t forget to request membership into one (or both) of the Access Groups.
To do this, tap on the word “Settings” in the upper right corner
In “Settings,” find the area under Membership called “Access Groups” and tap on it.  You should see two groups listed. 
To the right of the group called “ARES Members” tap on the toggle button to turn it green.
Then enter a short message requesting access.
When finished, tap on the word “Update” in the upper right-hand corner.
An access request is sent for approval, and upon administrator approval, your access is granted.
